Is anyone else having trouble obtaining a refund for their ticket from the postponed Hatfield Forum gig?
Hatfield Forum are telling me I should obtain a refund from the agent I booked with, but I didn't book via an agent; I booked via their online ticketing service, and received my ticket directly from them. Ticketscript (who provide the software for printing the tickets) have confirmed that it's the venue who should be refunding me- so I'm going round in circles! I really don't want to be 20 quid in the hole for this - any suggestions, anyone?
